Loan Size £100,000 - £50 million
Project Term Up to 24 months
LTV 60% of Land/ Site valuation
100% of build costs
Surveyor / Valuer will monitor costs, timetable and cashflow for stage payments which are normally release on monthly certification.
All sites to have planning in place before drawdown
As a guide, projects should show a minimum of 25% profit on cost.
